What does this mean?
Answer:
It means the cure packet is a separate pouch inside with the seasonings.

Answer:
The Wild West Traditional jerky cure & seasonings is our top seller.  It has been used to win Two Grand Champion Awards.

What is the top selling sausage seasoning?
Answer:
The top seller in our sausage seasoning product line is the Home Style Farmer sausage seasoning.

Question:

Why is my jerky white and tastes salty?
Answer:
Using too much seasoning for the amount of meat causes the jerky to have a white appearance and a salty taste.

Question:
Why do I have to add water to my ground meat jerky?
Answer:
Adding water aids in the distribution of seasonings and cure.  If using a jerky shooter it will help lubricate the meat for easy extrusion.

Question:
Why don’t some sausage seasonings have cure packages?
Answer:
Cure is not needed on fresh sausage such as Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Bratwurst, and Breakfast. On these four flavours the method of preparation states to mix cure with seasonings, this is a misprint.
