Country Fried Steak
Ingredients:  
4 beef cutlets
1 egg
1 Tbsp (15 ml) milk
½ cup (125 ml) cracker crumbs
½ cup (125 ml) Golden West chicken seasoning
4 Tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil

Method:  Whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip beef cutlets into seasoning mixture, then dip into egg mixture. Then coat the cutlet with the cracker crumbs.  If time allows place the cutlets into the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. (this will help the crumbs stick better when frying) Heat oil in skillet. Fry the coated cutlets until golden brown.
Stuffed Green Peppers
Ingredients:
8 - 10 large green peppers
1 pound  (500 g)  ground  lean beef
½ pound (250 g) ground lean pork
1 cup (250 ml) rice
3 tsp ( 45 ml)  Pepper blend meat marinade
½ medium onion chopped
salt if desired
1 can of tomato soup

Method: Cut the tops of the peppers and hollow out the seeds.  Set aside.  Cook the rice according to package directions. Cool slightly.   In large bowl place the ground meat, onion, and pepper blend seasoning, add rice. Mix well. Stuff into the peppers and place in a roaster. Pour tomato soup over the peppers. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
Pepper Blend Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
2 tsp (10 ml) Pepper blend meat marinade
1 Tbsp (15 ml) of oil

Method:  Sprinkle pepper blend marinade on both sides of pork chops.  Grill pork chops until done to your desired likeness.
Honey Garlic Pork Riblets 
Ingredients:  
1 pound (500 g) pork riblets
3 Tbsp (45 ml) Wild West honey garlic seasoning
¼ cup water

Skillet Method: In large skillet place cut  pork riblets, honey garlic seasoning, and water. Cover and let simmer for ½ hour.  Remove lid and cook until the moisture in the pan is gone and the ribs are coated with a nice brown honey glaze.

Oven Method:  Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium roaster place cut pork riblets, honey garlic seasoning and water. Cover and bake in oven for ½ hour.  Remove lid and bake until the moisture is gone and the ribs are nice and brown with the honey glaze coating.
Seasoned Meatballs   
Ingredients:
2 pounds (900 g) ground beef
1 package of Wild West meat marinade (can use Pepper Blend, Teriyaki, Cajun or Hot& spicy).
1 egg
¼ cup ( 50 ml) of bread crumbs

Method: Mix the above ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into meatballs. Fry until done. Can be served with a gravy or sauce. Or serve hot as an appetizer.
